What do I need for this to work?

1. You must have a high speed internet connection.
2. You must have a streaming device like a Firestick or an Android Box. If you don’t have one, you can purchase one here.

Will this ever “go out” or stop working?

This is a subscription service. It will work properly as long as you are a subscriber.

Does the price ever change or go up like the cable and satellite companies do?

Absolutely not! The prices you have been quoted will remain the same and you will always have access to over 4000 channels.

I turned my television on and my screen is blank. I think the box is broken! What do I do?

Relax, sometimes televisions lose their programming to the HDMI port when they are turned off.  Simply unplug the Android Box or Firestick FROM THE POWER SOURCE and plug it back in, verify it is on the proper HDMI port, and the welcoming screen should pop back on.
NOTE* ON ROKU TELEVISIONS, THE HDMI PORT SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK WITH CERTAIN DEVICES….PLAYSTATIONS, X-BOXES, DVD PLAYERS. ANYTHING THAT PLUGS INTO THE HDMI PORTS. THIS IS A DEFECT WITH ROKU TELEVISIONS AND YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER IF YOU CONTINUOUSLY EXPERIENCE THIS ISSUE.
